How to do it
- Add a little water to 100g of sugar, boil until the sugar turns golden brown into caramel, then pour into molds (cups).
- For eggs, take 6 yolks + all 4 eggs + 150 g sugar. Beat the above mixture, then pour in the milk, stir well, filter through a mesh strainer, then pour into the cup with caramel sugar.
- Put the boxes into the steamer, from boiling to done is about 7 minutes. Pour the cup upside down onto the plate and you will get a beautiful caramel dish.
Note: When steaming, cover the caramel cup to avoid water dripping back into the caramel.
