Field crab hotpot

This dish is unique, cool and nutritious but very easy to prepare, suitable for a summer dinner. Please show your talent according to the instructions below.

How to do it

  1. Clean the crabs, puree them, and filter them through a sieve to remove the crab carcasses. Put the cleaned crab in the pot and boil with 1.5 liters of water. Wait until the crab meat floats, use a racket to scoop it out and set aside.
  2. Fry purple onions, add yellow bamboo shoots, straw mushrooms, and stir-fry until fragrant. Put everything in the pot of crab water, season to taste. Add the crab meat back in when eating.
  3. Serve hot with raw vegetables, rice paper (or vermicelli) and chili fish sauce.
