Bold vinegar fish soup

Fish soup is a delicious and nutritious rustic dish. The soup will make your family’s summer meals more delicious thanks to its cool and sweet taste, rich in fish flavor.

How to do it

  1. Red tilapia left in whole fillets, keeping fish scales, fried until golden brown. Cut tomatoes into orange segments, green onions, and dill. Rice is smooth and combed
  2. Bring water to a boil. Stir-fry tomatoes, add to boiling water, season to taste (fish sauce, salt, seasoning). Add the fried fish and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Finally, add the batch and the water will boil again. Scoop into a bowl for green onions and dill. Serve hot with rice or vermicelli, can be served with lettuce and chopped basil.
