Each round cake is both soft and chewy and fragrant, making your child unable to resist getting out of bed to enjoy it.
Ingredients:
– Powdered rock sugar: 140gr
– Chicken eggs: 2 (beaten)
– Unsweetened fresh milk: 380gr
– Honey: 20gr
– Vanilla: 5gr
– Wheat flour No. 8: 300gr
– Baking powder: 14gr
– Unsalted butter, melted and cooled: 100gr

How to do:
– Step 1 (B1): Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl and set aside.

– Step 2 (B2): Beat sugar, eggs, fresh milk, honey and vanilla until smooth.

– Step 3 (B3): Slowly add B2 into B1, mix well until the mixture turns thick. The finished mixture will have a consistency similar to sweetened condensed milk.

– Step 4 (B4): Finally, add melted unsalted butter to B3 and mix thoroughly.

– Step 5 (B5): Place a non-stick pan on the stove, use a cotton ball or paper towel or oil absorber to apply a thin layer of cooking oil on the pan, heat the pan over medium heat and start pouring the cake.
– Use a small soup spoon to slowly scoop a spoonful of dough into the pan, be careful to mix gently so that the dough flows down to only one point, then the finished cake will definitely be as round and beautiful as the picture. Leave for about one minute and 30 seconds (or when the top of the cake is dry) to cook the cake on one side.

– Use a shovel to gently flip the cake over to fry the other side, also for 1 minute 30 seconds. Do it slowly until all the dough is gone and enjoy.
The hot cake is very delicious, soft and chewy, the children love it. If you can’t eat it all at once, you can refrigerate it. If you want to eat it the next day, heat it for a minute and the cake will be as soft as just made.
